• DYNAMIC CHANGE

Energy for change can come from the 'top-down', 'bottom-up', 'inside-out' and 'outside-in'. The resulting tension can be both creative and destructive. Coaching helps to manage the resentment, resignation and uncertainty that change can bring, as well as maximising its potential.

Steve Trivett - Personal & Professional Change Coach

I bring over thirty years experience of developing trust, continuous learning and relationship intelligence to team leaders and senior managers from public and private sector organisations. I have coached and trained many thousands of professionals in how to lead change from the 'inside-out'. I am fully committed to helping leaders learn new and more productive ways of dealing with personal change, business transformation and stakeholder engagement. I set up ‘The Change Zone’ website in 2007 to create a place for leaders to discover the secrets and benefits of ontological learning and dynamic change from multiple perspectives.

The philosophy and passion behind this website is my personal commitment to ontological learning and dynamic change. One appreciative visitor wrote . . . . . . .

"I want to express my gratitude for all of the ontological topics you have exposed and developed on your web site. They have been a valuable inspiration. No one does it better. Please continue."  Ric Nind

I set up The Change Zone after working for over three decades with senior managers and professionals leading customer care and business transformation programmes. I brings a unique breadth of experience to managerial, professional, organisational, community engagement and management consultancy work. Over the years I have worked as a School Teacher, a VSO Teacher in the Western Pacific, a Community Development Officer  and Leisure Services Manager in New Towns, a Lecturer, Management Trainer, Learning Projects Director, Organisation Development Consultant and an Executive/Life Coach.
