• DYNAMIC CHANGE

Energy for change can come from the 'top-down', 'bottom-up', 'inside-out' and 'outside-in'. The resulting tension can be both creative and destructive. Coaching helps to manage the resentment, resignation and uncertainty that change can bring, as well as maximising its potential.

The Change Zone Infobase

A resource for busy managers, students and change leaders who want to be creative innovators and develop new ways of achieving more whilst consuming less.

Action Collabs, Skill Gyms, Learning Labs and Future Search Events

The Change Zone offers a range of fgacilitated reviews, workshops and learning events that support Ontological Learning and Leadership for Change. The Skill Gyms take the form of 90 minute action focused workshops that embed core skills and behaviours. They enable real Change Leaders to learn more effective ways of coaching employees to be the best they can be.

Action Collabs enable groups of 15-20 professionals to improvise, discover and design new ways of addressing old problems by pushing the boundaries. This builds trust and better relationships as potential customers are engaged in the design and prototyping of new service arrangements.  Learning Labs enable cross-boundary service teams to improve performance, reduce costs and improve customer service. Participants observe and engage service users and co-providers across the service chain giving them time to listen and think more deeply about possibilities for improvement.

Ontology is the study being. The coming together of philosophy and biology in the later part of the twentieth century produced a new discipline called Ontological Design led by Dr Fernando Flores. It was developed into a coaching methodology and practice known as Ontological Coaching by Julio Olalla and Rafael Echeverria. It focuses on the integration of three domains of human ontology - language, mood and body. This discipline produces fast and profound change because unlike traditional coaching it works with existential issues such as meaning, identity, beleif, excellence, success, trust and worthiness in a client's personal and professional life.
